To: President Donald Trump, The United States House of Representatives, and The United States Senate
No more bribery in US government!
The petitioners request that all potential Senators, Representatives, President of the United States, and candidates running for any federal office and their associates will not accept anything of value over $1,000 in any calendar year from any one person or entity to be used in an effort to secure the office which they seek, unless that entity also promotes or advertises for his/her competitors to an equal and equitable degree.
That all of his/her campaign efforts and funding are a matter of public record.
That neither he/she nor any of his/her associates will participate in anything that can be construed as a conflict of interest or insider trading while in federal office or during his/her lifetime.
That while in office and for five years after leaving office, neither he/she nor any of his/her associates will accept anything of value over $100 in any calendar year from any person or entity that can be construed a conflict of interest or may have compromised the integrity of his/her decisions.
That from this day forward, the responsibility to determine the boundaries of states' districts in the U.S. House of Representatives shall be given to an impartial group of citizens who reside in that district wherever a state requires redistricting to apportion the population accordingly.
That if it can be shown that he/she has violated any of the provisions of this pledge, he/she will have 30 consecutive calendar days in which to remedy the violation, or he/she will immediately be removed from office and/or face civil or criminal charges. All decisions made during his/her time in office will be revoked retroactively.
For the purpose of this petition:
Associates include but are not limited to: family, friends, acquaintances, anyone with whom a candidate or federal office-holder comes in contact or who is at arms length, any person or entity who would represent him/her or whom he/she represents.
Entities include but are not limited to: PACs, Super PACs, 501c(4)s, 527s, political parties, non profits, companies, countries, off shore accounts, or any fabrication with resources, whether monetary, material, or time and labor.

Why is this important?
We need to pass a bill that makes it illegal to be a congressman/woman and to: 1. accept campaign funds (conflict of interest or bribery) 2. participate in insider trading.
