No more homeless vets; no property taxes should be paid by disabled combat veterans

We, the People, of a grateful nation, call upon the nation to waive property taxes for disabled veterans, both male and female. We, the People, owe these veterans for their service and their sacrifice. If the burden of property tax was lifted from these families, many of these families would be able to stay in their homes, and would be able to have a better quality of life.
I call upon you, my fellow Americans, to acknowledge the obscenity of a homeless vet, male or female, and to do this small thing.
There is a tax bracket in this nation that benefits from services without paying for it. There is a cap on earnings that are taxed for Social Security.
If we remove the cap, that alone can help pay for the disabled and if we tax those people at a fair rate, then this is workable. How many churches are there that are not paying property tax? If American society can take care of churches, there is no reason we cannot take care of our troops.
Please, sign my petition to take care of our vets in a meaningful way.
No property taxes for disabled vets.

Why is this important?

If a man or a woman has served our nation, and become unable to work in the civilian world, their service needs to be honored by a grateful nation.
A homeless vet is a terrible thing; this should not be. Many veterans are homeless due to an inability to keep up with both a mortgage and property tax. If We, the People, truly value our troops, we need to put our money where our mouths are.
We, the People, owe these men and women for their service, and this is a small way to pay them back.
