No new “Jeopardy!” episodes until the writers and actors strike is resolved!
Keep the pressure on “Jeopardy!” and make sure studio executives know that champions and viewers alike are in solidarity with writers and actors on strike. We respect the labor of writers who make “Jeopardy!” come to life with creative, well-researched clues. Join us in saying no new episodes until the writers strike is resolved!
Why is this important?
The Writers Guild of America (WGA) is on strike, and for the first time in 63 years they are joined by Hollywood actors represented by the Screen Actors Guild–American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA).
“Jeopardy!” and the executives from Sony Pictures Television that produce the show need to hear from viewers that we value writers and won’t watch new episodes with recycled clues!
Studios and corporations—making billions of dollars off of the creativity and skill of writers and actors—refuse to meet their reasonable demands, stating that they want to drag out negotiations until union members “start losing their apartments and losing their houses” and give up.
We can’t let corporate greed win. Audience members can put pressure on producers, studio executives, and streaming companies to meet the demands of writers and actors and negotiate a fair contract. Take action NOW!
