NO on Durham Villas Development

The development of the Keeny's Orchard on the South side of Durham-Dayton Highway and immediately East of the unincorporated community of Durham at 2243 Durham-Dayton Highway. This Development will not only bring in 141 residential lots, but will destroy a very precious source of AG land known as "Valley Loam" at one time this was considered to be the best soil in the State, NOW we KNOW that it is the best Ag soil in the WORLD. Stand with the Community in the fight to keep this Precious land as AG land and more important keep OUR town small, unincorporated, and SAY NO TO THE DURHAM VILLAS DEVELOPMENT. CALL YOU DISTRICT SUPERVISORS AND EXPRESS YOUR DISAGREEMENT WITH THIS DEVELOPMENT!!!
