We the people vote to withhold all pay from every member of Congress and their staffs until a complete resolution to the fiscal cliff is signed in to law by the President. This includes no back pay.
Why is this important?
Congress and it's staff members do not get paid or back pay until they come up with a complete answer to the "fiscal cliff"
