Both Houses of Congress should cooperate with each other and not obstruct passing bills important for the good of the people of the United States. If they choose to do so, then no paycheck until they find a solution!!!!
Why is this important?
If both houses of Congress will not cooperate with each other & the President of the United States, then both houses should not get paid if there is any more obstructionism.
