No physical evidence

Husband made a mistake admits to his wrong doings and is willing to take the punishment. He is charged with 3felony charges because they have "probable cause" with no real physical evidence they threaten my husband with prison time on crimes he did not do. The detective in the case tells him that "people are mad" so they are basically placing the blam. With a child on the way in may and our little ones here at home, I am now stuck trying to get an attorney all on my own. This petition is to stop the "probable cause" so called law were they can charge u with a crime without physical evidence that you have done the crime.
