The release of the Paradise Papers is more evidence that the rich and corporations don't pay their fair share of taxes. Now Congress is rushing to get another tax plan passed that cuts taxes for the rich and corporations further, while eliminating critically important deductions the middle and working classes rely on. We demand that Congress cease working on this current "postcard" tax plan UNTIL they have closed every loophole exposed in the Paradise Papers.
Why is this important?
As a middle class tax payer, I'm outraged that we continue to pay higher taxes, lose deductions, be forced to pay for our own healthcare, while corporations and the super rich continue to get a free ride.
