No Tax Exemption for Religious Orgs Endorsing Candidates

Modify the tax code to allow tax-exempt status for religious organizations only if they are politically neutral. They cannot endorse a candidate for office or take a political position and remain tax-exempt.

Why is this important?

Religious organizations that take it upon themselves to endorse a political candidate should lose their tax exemption. When they endorse a candidate, they become in effect a tax-exempt PAC.
