I'm Miles Harrington, and I attend Richmond County Schools. I'm from Rockingham, North Carolina. I started this petition so that Richmond County students could be able to wear everyday clothing.
Why is this important?
Richmond County students should have the right to wear what we desire. Wearing uniforms does not allow the students to express themselves, which is normal part of growth and development.
