It's simple...if they don't sit down and talk like adults to solve the country's problems, they don't get paid - and more importantly, cut off the expense accounts. Now that's motivation.
Why is this important?
With Congress in a deadlock, no end in sight, let's give them some motivation to get their jobs done! If I don't work, I don't get paid...let's give Congress a taste of reality.
