Zohydro, a new opioid to be released next month, is five times more potent than what is out there already. According to many doctors, this drug WILL KILL and for addicts, can be crushed, snorted or injected.
Why is this important?
I was addicted to pain pills for 5 years after a horrific car accident. I have been sober for about 2 years, but have a cousin fighting for his life in a hospital because of addiction to opioids and a friend who recently overdosed and left two daughters behind. We need to come together and stop this horrible epidemic.
