No one organization or group of people should have the right to be exempted from the right of the IRS to audit them. Including the tea party. Why would they be a non profit organization? Any monies they collect are "for profit" and collected to contribute to their friends.
Why is this important?
All non profit organizations should be audited by the IRS annually. The Tea Party shpuld not be an exception.
