The bottom line is we need to get these residents back into the community that can function on their own.
Why is this important?
This petition is about getting those that are discharged from nursing homes affordable apartments & also those that are disabled. I'm currently in a nursing home & I can't get my own apartment due to the fact that the rent is too much or it's not affordable...
