Get and Use $ 78 million dollars to create a lasting consumer protection and participation unit. Investigate and prosecute those manipulating our electricity rates by using derviatives and "virtual trades" permitted by NYISO.
Why is this important?
The Federal Energy Regulatiory Commission has ordered that $ 78 millon dollars be given to NYS and NYAG is one of the parties in NYS that is authorized to apply for the money. Please join and get the AG to fully participate in this process. Currently, he has permitted the Public Service Commission to apply for him. The PSC has also permitted unidentified large producer/supplier corporations to apply without notice nor demanding or learning who these large corportation are. General Schneiderman is know as a straight shooter and is also hearily involved in the investigation of Wall Street. Wall Street Banks are also involved in electricity rate manipulation as per Anti Trust proceeding against Morgan Stanley and separate investigation of JP Morgan.
