Cut spending, including pensions and benefits for Congressmen and Senators. And no raises should be given without the peoples' authorization, especially NOT the 113th Congress that certainly has not worked for US!
Why is this important?
Poor dears haven't had a raise since 2009. Now Biden, okay. But we can't agree to find ways to cut spending and the so-called "fiscal cliff" is looming large because everyone down there in Washington seems to be playing a game with our country, and Obama is rewarding these clowns with a raise? I got a measly $26/month in social security but Medicare cost was hiked $6/month. And these guys want to cut our benefits (that we paid for, by the way)!
