For 9 months, the Republicans blocked even having a hearing for Merrick Garland's appointment. This unprecedented act should not be allowed to risk Roe V. Wade being overturned and Citizens United not being overturned.
Why is this important?
We the People must object to the unprecedented Senate blockage of President Obama's nominee for appointment to the Supreme Court from being given a hearing. President Obama must use his power to appoint Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court during the Congressional recess. Petition him to act without hesitation!!
