Our Governor Haslam & legislators should over haul TennCare giving Tennessee residents health care with premiums based on income as it was originally set up & successfully survived that way for MANY years until Governor Bredeson single handedly decided to do away with it for people paying premiums even though majority of legislators tried to stop him & wanted to just OVER HAUL it ! TennCare once offered AFFORDABLE healthcare with premiums based on income for people who did not have healthcare thru their work places !
