obey our constitution

Whereas the people, through the Union of free and independent States of the United States of America, created and ratified the U.S.A. Constitution,

Whereas the people are expected to help enforce the U.S.A. Constitution and hold all public servants accountable to their oath of office to obey the U.S.A. Constitution (see Federalist Papers 16, 17, 23, 31, 32, 33, 44) and, in the case of city, county and State public servants, their State constitution also,

Whereas the U.S.A. Constitution and the laws made to enforce this constitution are the "supreme law of the land" as stated in article 6,

Whereas “All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.” – Marbury vs. Madison, 5 U.S. Supreme Court, (Cranch) 137 (1803). See also 16th American Jurisprudence, 2nd Edition, Volume 16, section 177,

Whereas “… Governments are instituted among Men [people], deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the Right of the people to alter or to abolish it…” – Declaration of Independence. See also Federalist Paper 40,

Whereas “If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense.” “The citizens must rush tumultuously to arms,…” – Alexander Hamilton in Federalist Paper 28 (see also 46),

Whereas “… the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” – 2nd Amendment,

Whereas the County Supervisors took an oath of office to “… support and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of California against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bare true faith and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of California;…”,
Therefore, to prevent a rush to arms by the people to alter or abolish tyrannical government and to restore constitutional government and freedom, the County, state and national public servants will forbid marshal law and all other unconstitutional federal and state acts, agreements, bylaws, codes, covenants, doctrines, laws, mandates, ordinances, policies, procedures, public policy, regulations, restrictions, rules, statutes, treaties and the like from taking effect in San Diego County.
Therefore also, to restore constitutional government and freedom, County Supervisors shall require all federal and California agents/employees/servants to give copies of warrants to the County Supervisors before said agents/employees/servants constitutionally detain, arrest, spy on and/or raid anyone and/or trespass on the property of anyone within the County. The County Supervisors should get help from the County Sheriffs and/or State Militia in enforcing this Constitution Resolution, the U.S.A. Constitution, the State Constitution, and the Natural Rights and freedoms of all people.
