File Obstruction of Justice and Possible Impeachment Charges for members of Congress who failed to do their duty and refused to hold Nomination Hearings for an appointed replacement Justice to the Supreme Court of the United States of America.
Why is this important?
It is evident that several members of Congress have been derelict in their sworn duty to uphold the US Constitution and thus limit the power and balance of the Judicial branch of our Government. That action leaves our nation at risk of the SCOTUS being handicapped in properly keeping a balance of judicial equity. In an emergency situation that requires the SCOTUS make life and death decisions those Congressional members are in fact damaging the constitutional function required for our Democracy to operate in the best interest of the people of the United States of America
