We the People are asking for you the City to allow us the use of the Illus Davis Park and Liberty Memorial with the cities permission to use our tents to create Occupy KC Tent City Calling the use of the tents a form of free speech.- As part of our continuing peaceful protest. This is together Part of and will be used in our protest movement in which we have chosen to exercise our Right of free Speech in that there is the freedom to protest in which we will be remaining on site throughout the day and evening 24/7 till the protest has come to a close based on unified agreement with other US Cities. In addition we pray that you will see fit to excuse any and all permits and licenses having them rightfully waived.
The Citizens of our City have given up their Daily Lives in order to Speak out in Protest in this very important Nationwide Movement. We want to maintain a healthy Peaceful protest and Give every Citizen the use of shelter throughout the Protest. This is a sure way to show your Citizens that the City Cares about their needs and rights. We ask that you consider the needs of everyone through this time as well as consider the approaching Winter.

TO CONCLUDE: City Council, Mayor and Staff we at Occupy KC are asking for “KC’s Tent Village” to be accepted as a form of free speech as well as the use of both City Parks mentioned herein without fee’s, permits and/or Licenses throughout the Protest.
