We the Petitioners Call on the United States Supreme Court, in the age of computers, TO END GERRYMANDERING and REQUIRE that the NUMBER of Electoral Districts held by each Political Party in each of THESE UNITED STATES ACCURATELY represents, to within 1% where possible, the STATEWIDE political demographics expressed by its VOTERS.
Why is this important?
The Ohio State Legislature is 2/3 majority for the party that lost the last election; the same with Ohio's Congressional Representation. This is mirrored across the USA. State after State have been gerrymandered to the extent that we no longer have a representative form of government.
The House of Representatives no longer represents the vote of the electorate.
STOP THE GERRYMANDERING; STOP THE DECAY; SAVE OUR DEMOCRATIC INSTITUTIONS.
