This petition States the unconstitutionality of repealing or changing a law without reversing the damage and public treatment of such laws. Outlines the F.D.A.'s negligence to address the public as well as its evident lack of transparency and accountability.
Why is this important?
Decriminalizing and legalizing the consumption and cultivation of Marijuana by pointing out that The F.D.A. has already removed cannabis from its classed scheduling system, hence defying the systems definition of "Toxic" " Harmful" and "Physically addictive". These terms are used to describe dangerous drugs, mostly Narcotics, that qualify them for classification under the "Controlled Substances Act". By declaration of disassociation, this petition is to remove the classification of marijuana from the Class 1 scheduled list of "Narcotics" FM, and redefined as a "Clinical Therapeutic Commodity", regulated, taxed, and punished similarly to Alcohol or Tobacco.
