It's time for Parole Chairperson Dean Stenberg to look at the unnecessary confinement of Old Law Prisoners. Those young, misdirected individuals need not be punished for the remainder of their lives. Wake up--have a heart.
Why is this important?
The Old Law Prisoners are being held unnecessarily after long periods of confinement. It's wrong to the previous offender and costly to the taxpayers, and they're long overdue for release.
