One justice division( Internal Affairs) in Washington to investigate all police brutality cases.
Investigation should Not be done by the state where the brutality occurred.
Why is this important?
My son Frank McQueen was shot multiply times and killed by Chester Pa. police department. I found out that the Internal Affairs in Chester where my son Frank McQueen was killed is investigating his death. Therefore realizing Internal Affairs are affiliates of the Chester police department.
Help me to fight, we must go outside the box for justice, true justice.
