Glass can be recycled multiple times, but Northern Virginia does not have a glass recycling center. Glass is being shipped to different places for recycling. This increases the cost of glass recycling, which in turn will demotivate people from recycling glass. We need glass recycling centers in Northern Virginia.
Why is this important?
As part of First Lego League competition, our team Lego Plus researched glass recycling and would like to request this. The team consists of Sreeja Gudiseva, Tanya Singhal and Zahra Izzi.
