Opening New Doors for Sherman Oaks

Nothing like this exists in Sherman Oaks. Help create a truly unprecedented amenity for the Sherman Oaks community!

How do I get this?

The Sherman Oaks Neighborhood Council Land Use Committee will FINALLY vote on il Villaggio Toscano on Thursday, April 19th at the Sherman Oaks Senior Center, 5056 Van Nuys Blvd, Sherman Oaks (map). We need YOU to be present at the meeting and voice your support as the Land Use Committee finally makes this critical vote!

Why is this important?

We’re M. David Paul & Associates and have been in the San Fernando Valley for over 35 years. Our goal is to invest in the future of Sherman Oaks and for the past 5 years, we have been working to bring il Villaggio Toscano (IVT), a mixed-use residential and shopping center with neighborhood-serving retail, a specialty grocery store, and a 13,000 sq. ft. plaza with seating areas accessible to the public, and art highlighting the history of Sherman Oaks.

Proposed for the corner of Camarillo and Sepulveda, the project brings a much needed aspect to Sherman Oaks: a walkable community that is close to major job centers, public transit, restaurants, entertainment and retail. The economic output from construction, jobs, taxes and spending by residents could boost local businesses and the Sherman Oaks economy.
