As your constituent, I am writing to voice my strongest opposition to
HB 1272. The bill is presented as a licensing bill for Dietitians but
in reality limits the practice and speech of other nutrition
professionals. HB 1272 would make it illegal for any non-dietitian to
provide "positively change nutrition related behavior."
