Seizure of land through "imminent domain" for the purpose of transporting natural gas (LNG) for export by private corporations is unlawful and unethical. Fracking and transporting LNG puts our waterways and wells at risk. Protect Oregon from exploitation!
Why is this important?
Prevention is easier than mitigation. There is a proposed LNG pipeline slated to begin construction here in 2014, which would put our waterways in jeopardy. We are trying to block it.
