We, the undersigned residents of Oregon, believe the rights protected by the U.S. Constitution are the rights of natural born persons, that corporations are not entitled to these rights, and that therefore the Supreme Court's Citizens United decision must be overturned by a constitutional amendment as supported by our Oregon legislature through the passage of a joint resolution during the upcoming session.
