Oregon Legislature Nullify NDAA

Oregon legislature is to ban “assisting an agency of the armed forces of the United States in the conduct of the investigation, prosecution, or detention of a citizen in violation of the United States Constitution, the Constitution of Oregon, or any Oregon law or regulation.”

Why is this important?

The people want to nullify section 1021 of the NDAA that allows indefinite detention of law abiding citizens. The legislature can prevent any of Oregon's resources from being used toward these ends. The state of Virginia just passed such legislation.
