Veterans with other-than-honorable discharges, whose misconduct was a result of a mental condition developed during service, should be allowed the same access to medical care as veterans with honorable or under-honorable conditions discharges.
Why is this important?
These veterans fought for their country and thought that their country would help them recover, but their country turned its back because of a wrongful action the veteran may not have had control over.
