To: The United States House of Representatives and The United States Senate
Our Elected officials must have the right to tour detention centers
This is a demand to Congress by the Undersigned Americans citizens.
We Understand that the immigration problem is complex but we also are concerned that current policy of separating children is, in our opinion, abusive.
Until such time as the policy is repealed or a new policy put into place:
We Demand that Congress take action to assure that Our Representatives in Congress elected under the Constitution of the United States have unrestricted access to refugee or detention facilities holding children of parents seeking asylum or unaccompanied minors that have presented themselves at US borders seeking asylum.
This access shall be totally unrestricted regardless if the facility is Government or Privately owned.
We also ask that these facilities in keeping with building codes be open to inspectors from the Fire Marshal's office, The Board of Health, Department of Human Services, CPS, and other agencies requested by the hosting State.

Why is this important?
I am a concerned tax paying American appalled by the policy of family separation introduced by the White House and this administration.
