Our New Political Party: "The 99'ers"
In response to those who say the Occupy Movement has no voice and no message we hereby provide an answer. As this movement has been an exercise of our 1st Amendment Right we must immediately present a List of Grievances. This list is but a starting point:
When we are in the streets, practicing our 1st Amendment Right-PEACEABLY-we are not to be met by our newly militarized police departments dressed in full riot gear. We want to see our legislators, our governors and mayors, our justices and our President.
2nd, campaign finance reform.
3rd, election reform and control so that Supreme Court Justices like Antonin Scalia cannot through an election to his buddies.
3a, the impeachment of the above mentioned individual
4th, the repeal of the regressive, special treatment given to the tax on Capital Gains.
5th, the prosecution of people, and institutions, such as Hank Greenberg, and especially Goldman-Sachs, for their manipulation of the wheat market in 2008.
6th, rigorous audits of all government institutions, especially the Department of Defense, in order to stop the rip off of the American taxpayer by contractors.
7th, the closing of IRS loopholes for offshore accounts.
8th, the ending of subsidies for Big Oil and Agribusiness

Why is this important?
We need a new party, simple. The Republicans and Democrats are in gridlock. If the Tea Party can do it, so can we.
