Outdoor Patio Grilling
We, the residents of the Ritz Residences, wish to petition the Board of Directors of the Ritz Residences for the ability utilize our outdoor spaces for the activity of grilling. The use of Electric Grill only will be the means to our ends
Why is this important?
There is a great desire among the residents of the the Ritz Residence to be able to cook (grill) outdoors on our individual patios. We would also like to petition the Board for the construction of a large outdoor gas grill which can be used by the Ritz community at large. Our living experience at the Ritz would be greatly enhanced with the outdoor grilling capability.
