Halogen headlights should be outlawed. They are a hazard to public safety. They are overly blinding to both on coming traffic and reflections in rear and side mirrors. They are more lethal than fog lights and more brillant than someone driving with their high beams on.
Why is this important?
We have millions of cars on our highways and streets and need to improve safety.
