Laws which restrict the filming or photography exposing animal conditions or farm practices are unconstitutional, as they are a violation to the 1st amendment-- the freedom of the press. People have the right to inform others about where the products they are choosing to utilize come from, so they may make choices that meet their personal standard.
Why is this important?
I miss my parents & can't visit my homestate of Iowa because I chose years ago to become the change I wished to see int he world & SPEAK UP FOR ANIMAL FREEDOM & I don't want to come to Iowa & have be in fear of being called a “terrorist” by some bullies who put a toxic law into place that victimizes whistleblowers & treats American citizens like they treat animals.
