Overturn Citizens United v F.E.C.
In order to restore and protect the governments of the United States of America from the corrupting influence of unregulated amounts of money, we the people of the United States of America demand that an Amendment to the United States Constitution be drafted and passed in the United States Congress as prescribed by the Constitution and sent to the states for ratification that will define a citizen as only a real person and not a corporation under the First Amendment; and to further empower the Congress of the United States to establish limits on political campaign contributions, and further provide that no corporate organization of any type whatsoever can lawfully make any political contribution of any kind to any political candidate or campaign.
Why is this important?
Establish control of our American democracy by defining who is a citizen and who is not a citizen and who has First Amendment rights under the United States Constitution. Support a Constitutional amendment that allows the Congress to set maximum amounts that individual citizens can contribute to political campaigns and declare unlawful any campaign contribution from any corporate organization of any kind.
