Full disclosure of the individual(s) or group(and its contributors) who make financial contributions in money and/or time and/or services and the dollar amounts should be public knowledge every 30 days. This hopefully will reduce the increasing abuse of unscrupulous gerrymandering of state and national districts so that public debate is enhanced and protection of incumbents is minimized so that public trust in government increases.
Why is this important?
I have held public office several times in my life. Now as a retired small business owner, I can be overwhelmed by big money with no disclosure coming into my Tier 1 community and "buying the media".
Complete transparency and full disclosure of all monies and resources to a person and/or political party every 30 days should become normative.
