Pass a constitutional amendment to overturn Citizens United.
Why is this important?
The influence of big corporate money in politics is undermining our democracy. The solution we want to see is a constitutional amendment saying that money isn't speech and corporations aren't people.
I'm especially concerned because my two kids will be going to public school soon, and tax breaks for the 1% are cutting off resources for our public schools. The only way that will ever really change is with campaign finance reform, starting with overturning Citizens United.
