We urge you to do everything in your power to support and pass HJR 48, House Joint Resolution 48, The We The People Amendment to the US Constitution, as the best way to overturn Citizens United, to allow the proper regulation of: money in politics, corporations, and artificial entities.

Why is this important?
Our government and political process have been captured by corrupt powerful corporate special interests. The system is now rigged and will continue to spawn more Trumps, hate, divisiveness, income inequality, privatization, austerity, climate chaos, death and destruction, and a shared feeling of powerlessness and despair.
HJR 48 is the only amendment bill in Congress that ends both Corporate person-hood AND money as speech, allowing for the proper regulation of money in politics (bribes). It is rapidly gaining bipartisan support in the House with 53 co-sponsors, and MUST now be introduced in the Senate; call and/or write your senator weekly in addition to signing this petition. HJR 48 can and will restore OUR constitution and OUR rights and powers ONLY to us, We the People! With your help, we will over-rule the court and legalize democracy, and then kick the pirates and weasels out of OUR government, in time to save our dying planet!!!
