Overturn the Supreme Court Case ruling of Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project. It violates the free speech clause of the first amendment. The Court claims it passes the strict scrutiny test but we fail to see how giving advice to terrorist organizations to resolve conflicts peacefully is worthy of suspending free speech.
Why is this important?
Holder v. Humanitarian Law Project was a Supreme Court case dealing with the patriot act. It changed the definition of material support of terrorism. It used to mean supplying terrorists with weapons. The definition has been broadened to include things like service. Some are worried that this means giving terrorist organizations advice on how to peacefully resolve conflicts instead allows them to be charged with material support of terrorism.
