This entire sentence needs to be reevaluated. The sentence on us is just too harsh for this crime.
Why is this important?
2- 30 year sentencing for a crime Donald Williams V24006was not responsible for. He was involved in a high speed chase (not in a commission of a felony) and he did not even know he was being chased and he has been accountable for the death of an office who was clearly violating the law by high speed chasing him on a motor vehicle.
