Genetic patents are immoral and unconstitutional. Mutation of organisms may or not be wrong, however ownership of gene sequencing is unreasonable based on the fact that life is reproductive and evolutionary.

Genetically engineered foods have polluted the natural genetic heritage and safety of the worlds agriculture. Genetic patents in medicine greatly interfere with the evolution, education and integrity of medicinal practices.
