PA State Representatives: Make Animal Cruelty a Felony in Pennsylvania.

Animal cruelty and animal homicides are only considered a misdemeanor in PA and a felony in almost any other state in the US. We need to have stricter laws on the murders and cruelty of innocent animals in Pennsylvania.
