Panera, Quit putting our Union on the No No List

Three years later and still no contract. Come to the Bargaining Table.

Why is this important?

In 2012, the I-94 Panera Bakers voted to have the BCTGM union represent us. The NLRB has certified us many times, yet the company still refuses to negotiate a contract. Due to this inability to negotiate, we have an unfair pay scale, no acknowledgement of seniority, a third shift work schedule with variable days off and no shift differential.
