Pardon for Victoria A Chapman

Victoria A Chapman's child was beaten by a babysitter. The babysitter was not charged, but Victoria was charged with child endangerment. Then the courts had her take a plea without representation, which is illegal for the courts to do in the state of Ohio. THEN her doctor's visits required her to reschedule probation appointments, the P.O. accepted these reschedulings, but then later stated these were missed appointments with him, to the courts. Victoria is in jail and her kids have been stolen from her by FCCS for a crime she didn't commit while the criminal isn't charged. She is therefore being held illegally.
