Be leaders. Represent the people who have elected you. Have the hard conversations and make our children safer. Address combat ammo, high volume clips, assault weapons in the hands of average citizens. Balance the Bill of Rights, but have the courage to make policy that makes us safer. And as you balance budgets address the underserved mental health needs of our citizens as a matter of public safety.
Why is this important?
We have mourned the unnecessary suffering in CT. We've hugged our children and told them we love them. We can't just say it will be alright. We have to make it alright. Demand the National Conversation and ACTION!
