I urge the PA legislature to vote for the distribution of electoral college votes according to the congressional districts/percentage of state wide votes . For too long the state has been at the mercy of Philadelphia and Pittsburgh and their low information voters ! The rest of us demand to be heard.
Why is this important?
Demand the fair distribution of votes to candidates in the presidential election based on percentage of total votes cast. NO MORE WINNER TAKE ALL!
