Another Government shutdown is looming in September 2017, and Congress has to schedule and pass either a continuing resolution for 3 months, or for the full fiscal year. Trump has threatened not to pass any bill that doesn't have funding for his proposed Mexico wall. Republicans and Democrats need to overwhelmingly pass a bill.
